We are looking for managers with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience. The Assistant Managers are responsible for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, resolving any conflict and issue, and the sales performance and execution of brand excellence in the store. They are also responsible for assisting in the growth of sales and profit of the store. In the absence of the General Manager (GM), the Assistant Manager effectively is the store leader. The Assistant Manager ensures that the store's appearance and team member's performance are upheld to company standard, and food quality and services are being executed per company standard. They are also responsible for consistently educating and engaging the community and store guests on The Halal Guys products and services.
You must have reliable transportation to and from work, and must be able to lift 30-50 lbs regularly, to stand, bend, reach and scoop for a long time. Having a Food Handlers Card is a plus.
